By using the Services you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1.1Account information. When you create an account we collect the identifier provided by Sign in with Apple or your email address, your display name and, if you choose to provide one, a profile photo.
1.2Profile and preferences. Information you enter during onboarding, including age range, training goals, available training days, equipment, injuries and preferences. This information is stored on your device and is used to personalise your program.
1.3Training data. Records of the gym sessions and runs you complete in the App, including exercises, sets, weights, duration, distance, route and any feedback you provide about a session.
1.4Health data. If you choose to connect Apple Health, the App reads steps, sleep, resting heart rate and workouts recorded by other apps, and writes your completed sessions back to Apple Health. Health data is processed on your device only. See clause 5.
1.5Location data. If you grant location permission, the App uses your device location during a run to measure distance, pace and route. Live location is not transmitted while you run. The completed route is stored with that run.
